Project Engineer

Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred with relevant experience)

Job Description
Project Engineers are responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities on-site. They coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Minimum Experience

  • 3–5 years in residential or commercial construction projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations

Draughtsman

Qualification

  • Diploma/ITI in Civil Drafting, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software

Job Description
Draughtsmen prepare detailed technical drawings and construction plans based on architectural and engineering specifications. They ensure accuracy in drawings and assist the project team with revisions and documentation.

Minimum Experience

  • 2–4 years in construction, architectural, or engineering drafting

  • Prepare detailed construction and working drawings

Government Liaisoning Personnel

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Civil Engineering, Law, Public Administration, or Management)
  • Knowledge of government procedures and approvals related to real estate/construction

Government Liaisoning Personnel coordinate with various government departments and authorities to obtain project approvals, permissions, and clearances. They ensure timely processing of documentation and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Experience

  • 4–7 years in liaisoning for real estate, redevelopment, or construction projects

  • Coordinate with municipal and government authorities
  • Obtain approvals, NOCs, permits, and licenses
  • Track project-related regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and submit official documentation
  • Maintain relationships with government departments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
